Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders confirmed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next working day and are typically dispatched within 48 working hours.
  • Full payment must be received before your order is shipped.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Your delivery location
  • Local holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions

We’ll always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

  • Orders under £40: £2.99 shipping fee
  • Orders over £40: Free standard shipping

If you’re ordering from outside the UK:

  • Your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the parcel arrives.
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • You are responsible for paying any applicable fees required by your local customs authority.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.

Some countries may require additional information, such as a personal tax ID (e.g., CPF, RFC). Please check with your local customs office for details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure:

  • You track your parcel using the link provided.
  • If you miss a delivery attempt, you arrange re-delivery or collection directly with the courier.
  • If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will refund the item cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Double-check your shipping details at checkout — we cannot amend orders after they’ve been submitted.

If you require urgent or express delivery, please contact us with your order number and request. Additional charges may apply and must be paid before dispatch.

Changed your mind? You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t yet been shipped or sent to our fulfilment team.
